I am really LOVE!ing this look by Hilary Duff. Maxi dress, sandals, scarf, big bag...Ms. Duff really knows how to rock her accessories and this is a *perfect* look for summer. I.want.this.outfit. And this concludes my fashion public service announcement of the day.
